1. Scope of Services

Artist Grove Housey provides personal growth services, digital learning products, and physical goods through our website. By enrolling, purchasing, or accessing any offering, you agree to these terms.

2. Personal Growth Services

Our services include workshops, coaching sessions, and live events focused on personal development. Scheduling details, session duration, and materials are described on the specific service page. All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include online courses, e-books, and downloadable resources. Access to digital content is granted upon successful purchase and payment confirmation. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital materials for personal use only.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods comprise merchandise, printed materials, and other tangible items. Shipment destinations, fees, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Ownership and risk pass to you when goods leave our facility.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1. Services

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, contact us at least seven days before the scheduled date. We will issue a refund upon written request received seven days before the session date. Refunds are processed via the original payment instrument within fourteen business days. Alternatively, you may request to transfer your booking to another available date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Services booked within seven days of the appointment are not eligible for cancellation or refund, except in cases where Artist Grove Housey must cancel or reschedule, in which case a full refund or transfer will be offered.

5.2. Digital Products

We offer a fourteen-day satisfaction guarantee on digital products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase. To initiate, use our contact form. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment instrument within ten business days. After the fourteen-day period, all purchases are final due to immediate access to content.

5.3. Physical Goods

You may ship back physical goods for a refund within thirty days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To commence, contact us through our contact form for authorization. Once we receive and inspect the shipped-back items, approved refunds are processed via the original payment instrument within seven business days. Shipping costs for sending items back are your responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

5.4. Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain limited edition workshops and customized goods are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Due to the bespoke nature and resource commitment required, these offerings cannot be refunded or interactiond.

6. Modifications to Terms

Artist Grove Housey may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued participation or purchase constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
